Damon Alain Bansais

Damon Alain Bansais is a French defender born in Laval on 8 January 1994. He developed at CS Brétigny before joining Stade Lavallois in 2010, progressing through Laval’s youth and reserve sides between 2010 and 2013. In 2015, Bansais moved to Pau FC, where he spent six years and contributed to the club’s rise from the amateur divisions. Pau’s promotion in 2019–20 brought a major milestone, and Bansais made his Ligue 2 debut against Valenciennes on 22 August 2020. He joined Quevilly-Rouen in January 2021, renewing his association with coach Bruno Irles. Later, he moved through Bourg-en-Bresse and Avranches, where he is currently registered. Primarily a right-back, Bansais can also operate on the left or in midfield, offering positional flexibility and cautious distribution.
