Cláudio Pires Morais Ramos
Cláudio Ramos is a Portuguese goalkeeper born in Viseu on 16 November 1991. He developed in the Viseu area with SC Paivense, Académico de Viseu and Repesenses before joining Vitória de Guimarães in 2007. Ramos made his senior breakthrough after moving to Amarante on loan for the 2010–11 season, then established himself at CD Tondela following a further loan in 2011–12. He spent nine seasons with Tondela, helping the club progress from the lower divisions to the Primeira Liga and making his top-flight debut against Benfica in October 2015. Between April 2017 and July 2020, he started 103 consecutive league matches, while his performances earned a Portugal call-up and international debut in 2018. Ramos joined FC Porto on a free transfer in 2020, adding experience and goalkeeping depth to the squad. At Porto, he has been involved in three consecutive Taça de Portugal-winning campaigns from 2022 to 2024.
