Cayman Togashi

Cayman Togashi is a Japanese forward born in New York on 10 August 1993. After moving to Japan at age six, he developed through university football and joined Yokohama F. Marinos, first appearing as a Special Designated Player in 2015 before signing professionally in 2016. He helped Marinos reach the 2017 Emperor’s Cup final and later sought regular playing time with FC Tokyo, FC Machida Zelvia and V-Varen Nagasaki. At Vegalta Sendai, Togashi produced his strongest recorded league campaign in 2022, scoring 11 goals and providing two assists in 37 J2 League matches. That form led to a return to the J1 League with Sagan Tosu. He represented Japan at the 2016 Toulon Tournament, scoring once in four appearances. In 2025, Togashi returned to the United States by joining Atlanta United and is also listed with Atlanta United 2.
