Charlie Tasker
Charlie Tasker is an English defender developed within Brighton & Hove Albion’s academy. He progressed through the club’s youth system and moved into Brighton’s Under-21 setup during the 2024–25 season. Tasker made 15 Premier League 2 appearances that campaign and was included in five consecutive senior matchday squads during its second half, although he did not play in those league fixtures. On 4 June 2025, Brighton handed him his first professional contract. His competitive senior debut came on 27 August 2025, when he came on as a substitute in Brighton’s 6–0 EFL Cup victory over Oxford United, and he also appeared in the next round against Barnsley. Tasker remains linked with Brighton and Brighton U21, while his development earned him an England Under-20 call-up in October 2025.
