Colin Noah Kleine-Bekel

Colin Noah Kleine-Bekel is a German defender born in Bielefeld on January 24, 2003. He developed at Borussia Dortmund, joining the academy in 2016, and became vice-captain of the under-19s. In 2021–22, he helped Dortmund’s U19s win the Bundesliga title and reach the UEFA Youth League quarter-finals. Kleine-Bekel moved to Holstein Kiel in 2022, initially playing for the reserve side before making his senior debut against Hannover 96 in May 2023. He established himself in Kiel’s defence during the 2023–24 campaign and contributed to the team’s promotion to the Bundesliga. A cruciate ligament injury in March 2024 kept him out for more than a year. After leaving Kiel, he joined Bochum and later moved to FC St. Gallen on loan to rebuild his match fitness.
