Carlos Duke

Carlos Duke is a Japanese defender, born in Tokyo on 28 February 2000, who operates mainly on the left side. He developed in Kawasaki Frontale’s youth system before beginning his senior career with Fagiano Okayama in 2018, making his debut in that year’s Emperor’s Cup. Duke later received a Japan Under-17 call-up and continued his development through a 2021 loan at FC Machida Zelvia. In 2022, he played for Nagano Parceiro, recording 22 appearances and two goals, before joining SC Sagamihara for the 2023 season. Duke moved abroad to Valmiera FC in Latvia in 2024, gaining experience in the Virslīga and adapting to a more physical style. In February 2025, he signed for Lithuania’s Hegelmann, where his left-back and wide-player flexibility supports defensive work and overlapping attacks.
