Christian Rhys Doidge
Christian Rhys Doidge attacks space as a centre-forward, timing runs behind the defence and finishing moves for Forest Green Rovers. Doidge won the Welsh League Cup in 2013 and starred for Forest Green with 27 goals in 2016-17, including a Wembley moment that helped seal promotion. He also returned to Forest Green in 2024. The Wales-born striker moved to Hibernian in 2019 for around £250,000, where Christian Doidge scored 41 times in 148 appearances and featured in European qualifiers. His basketball-based aerial ability lets him shield the ball, win duels, and finish from crosses. Doidge acts as a target man who links play and stretches the back line, pinning centre-backs and arriving late in the box. He presses high to force turnovers from the front and attacks the back post for chances. The forward’s role at Forest Green hinges on finishing moves and occupying space for the team.”} }{
