Carlos María de Pena Bonino

Carlos María de Pena Bonino bursts into space from the left, attacks the channel, and checks runs behind the back line to finish moves. From Nacional (2014–2016) he rose to a regular winger before a 2015 move to Middlesbrough. He moved to Europe in 2015. At Dynamo Kyiv (2019–2021) he helped win the Ukrainian Premier League (2020–21) and the Ukrainian Cup (2019–20). Returning to South America, 2022–2024 saw him with Internacional and Bahia as a steady starter in Brazil's Série A. In January 2026, de Pena joined Sport Club do Recife to continue his attacking run. He presses high and drives at defenders to create fast, goal-ready sequences.
