Charlie Richard Cresswell

Charlie Richard Cresswell is an English centre-back born in Preston on 17 August 2002. He developed in the Leeds United academy, joining as a boy and progressing into the club’s senior setup. Cresswell made his senior debut for Leeds in September 2020 against Hull City. In 2022, he moved to Millwall on loan, scoring twice on his debut against Stoke City and gaining senior experience. He returned to Leeds and made seven appearances during the 2023–24 campaign before transferring to Toulouse in July 2024. With Toulouse, Cresswell established himself in Ligue 1, featuring prominently in his first season and contributing clearances, blocks and aerial defending. At international level, he has represented England Under-21s and helped win the European Championship in 2023 and 2025, starting every match in the latter tournament.
