Cameron F. Ballantyne

Cameron F. Ballantyne is a Scottish midfielder born on 22 April 2000. He developed through the St Johnstone system after joining the Perth club at 15 and signed his first professional contract there in 2018. Ballantyne remained associated with St Johnstone until 2024, making 11 first-team appearances and scoring twice. Much of his senior development came through loan football, where he built experience across Scotland and approached 100 appearances for Montrose over four spells. He also spent part of 2024 on loan at Clyde, making 14 appearances and scoring once, before leaving Scotland for Linfield in June 2024. At Linfield, Ballantyne offers a mobile midfield presence, combining defensive work, ball-winning and purposeful passing while contributing energy between defence and attack.
