Brooklyn Lyons-Foster

Brooklyn Lyons-Foster is an English defender who developed at Tottenham Hotspur, progressing through the club’s academy and development sides. He featured for Tottenham’s under-18 and under-21 teams and frequently captained the development side during his youth career. In 2019, Lyons-Foster was part of Tottenham’s squad for the Audi Cup, and he was later named an unused substitute for two 2021–22 UEFA Europa Conference League matches. Seeking regular senior football, he left Tottenham for HJK Helsinki on 14 February 2024. Lyons-Foster made his senior debut three days later in the Finnish League Cup and scored his first senior goal against SJK on 24 April 2024. At HJK, he has developed from a centre-back into a defender capable of operating at right-back or left-back. His 2025 campaign brought 19 league appearances and three goals.
