Bartłomiej Wdowik

Bartłomiej Wdowik is a Polish left-back born in Olkusz on 25 September 2000. He developed with KS Olkusz and Słowik Olkusz before progressing through Ruch Chorzów’s youth system and first team between 2016 and 2019. In 2019, Wdowik moved to Odra Opole, making 18 appearances before joining Jagiellonia Białystok in January 2020. He became a prominent attacking defender in Jagiellonia’s title-winning 2023–24 campaign, playing every match and recording 10 goals and seven assists. His set-piece delivery was particularly decisive, with six goals from direct free-kicks and another directly from a corner. Those performances brought Wdowik the 2024 Ekstraklasa Defender of the Season award and his senior Poland debut in November 2023. He joined SC Braga in June 2024, spent 2024–25 on loan at Hannover 96, and returned to Jagiellonia on loan in June 2025.
