Chance Ba-Muaka Simakala

Chance Ba-Muaka Simakala is a German forward born in Eschweiler in 1997. He developed in the youth system of Borussia Mönchengladbach after beginning his football education in the Rhineland, and reached the senior side during the 2016–17 Bundesliga season. After further experience in German and Dutch football, Simakala joined VfL Osnabrück in 2021, where his attacking output grew significantly. His 2022–23 campaign helped Osnabrück secure promotion to the 2. Bundesliga, establishing him as a decisive attacking contributor. That form earned a move to Holstein Kiel, followed by a loan spell at 1. FC Kaiserslautern before his return to Osnabrück in 2024. Simakala is now listed with AS Eupen, continuing a career shaped by movement between levels and clubs while operating as an attacker.
