Blerton Sheji

Blerton Sheji is a North Macedonian defender from Ohrid, born on 21 October 2000. He developed through youth football before beginning his senior career and establishing himself primarily on the left side of defence. In July 2021, Sheji joined Shkupi 1927, where he became a regular league contributor. He helped Shkupi 1927 win the North Macedonian First League title in the 2021/22 season. Sheji moved to Drita in July 2024 and has continued his career in the Kosovo Superliga. His 1.81-metre frame supports his work in defensive duels, while his experience includes appearances in UEFA Champions League, Europa League and Conference League qualifying. At youth international level, Sheji represented Albania before later playing for North Macedonia Under-21, adding cross-border experience to his club career.
