Bryan Jacques Passi
Bryan Jacques Passi is a Congolese football defender born in Marseille on 5 August 1997. Standing 1.89 metres tall, he developed at Montpellier, where he made his Ligue 1 debut against Metz in January 2017 while also featuring for the club’s reserve side. Passi then spent the 2017–18 season with Le Havre before joining Chamois Niortais in 2019. At Niort, he established himself in Ligue 2 across four seasons, gaining sustained senior experience. He subsequently played abroad for Hapoel Tel Aviv in Israel and CD Mafra in Portugal’s Liga Portugal 2, broadening his club career beyond France. Born in France but eligible through his Congolese heritage, Passi made his international debut for Congo against Madagascar in September 2022. He is now part of the Valenciennes squad, continuing a career built through centre-back development in France and experience in several European leagues.
