Boban Nikolov

Boban Nikolov is a North Macedonian central midfielder born in Štip on 28 July 1994. He developed at Romania’s Gheorghe Hagi Academy, progressing through its youth ranks before making his senior debut for Viitorul Constanța in 2013. Nikolov then returned to North Macedonia with Vardar Skopje, helping the club win Macedonian First League titles in 2015–16 and 2016–17. In 2018, he moved to Fehérvár FC, where he won the Hungarian top-flight title. After a spell in Italy with Lecce, he joined Sheriff Tiraspol and added Moldovan league and cup honours. Nikolov later represented FCSB, Kisvárda and Farul Constanța before returning to Vardar. At international level, he helped North Macedonia reach Euro 2020 and appeared in all three group matches.
