Barnabás Szabolcs Nagy

Barnabás Szabolcs Nagy is a Hungarian defender born on 5 September 2000. He developed through Szigetvári TK, Pécsi MFC, Ferencváros and Szentlőrinc before joining MTK Budapest’s academy in 2017. Nagy made his senior debut for MTK in March 2018 in Hungary’s second division, then gained experience on loan at FC Ajka and Szentlőrinc. With Szentlőrinc, he scored his first professional goal in April 2021, while a 2022 free-kick winner against Szombathelyi Haladás marked another attacking contribution. He later joined Nyíregyháza Spartacus and helped them win the 2023–24 NB II title, making 37 appearances in the campaign. After establishing himself in the top flight, Nagy moved to Ferencvárosi TC in June 2025 and has since been involved in the club’s UEFA competition squads.
