Batissaninque Mendes

Batissaninque Mendes is a French defender born in 1994. He began his development with US Presqu’île before joining Grand-Quevilly in 2009, where he progressed through the youth system until 2013. Mendes then moved into senior football with Grand-Quevilly, establishing himself in the French lower divisions. In July 2020, he joined CMS Oissel as a free agent, continuing his career in Normandy. He later represented Évreux 27 in 2022 and AFC Compiègne in 2023, adding further experience across the regional levels. Mendes signed for FC Dieppe in July 2024, bringing defensive experience to another French lower-league side. At 1.79m, Mendes has been described as a centre-back who relies on positioning, anticipation and timely interceptions while helping circulate possession from the back line. His route from youth football to established senior sides reflects a long career in France’s competitive regional game.
