Brahim Konaté

Brahim Konaté is a French midfielder born in Montfermeil on 20 March 1996. He began his development with Livry-Gargan before joining AJ Auxerre, where he progressed through the academy and reserve side, making 37 appearances and scoring once. Konaté later made 64 appearances for Auxerre at senior level, gaining experience in France’s professional game. He continued his career with Chamois Niortais before moving to Spain, where he represented Fuenlabrada and Rayo Majadahonda. Subsequent spells took him to clubs in Lithuania and Israel, followed by a move to Azerbaijan. With Shamakhi FK in 2024–25, Konaté scored eight goals in 29 matches, his highest recorded seasonal total. The campaign reflected a broader evolution from a holding midfield role toward a more active box-to-box contribution.
