Benjamin Paa Kwesi Henrichs
Benjamin Paa Kwesi Henrichs is a German full-back who can also operate in midfield. He joined Bayer Leverkusen’s academy from SpVg Porz in 2004 and made his senior debut in 2015. After developing as an attack-minded midfielder, Henrichs established himself as a regular full-back during the 2016/17 season, featuring in the Champions League. In August 2018, he moved to Monaco, where he spent two seasons before returning to Germany. RB Leipzig first signed him on loan in 2020 and then made the transfer permanent in 2021. With Leipzig, Henrichs won the DFB-Pokal in 2022 and 2023 and the DFL-Supercup in 2023. He has represented Germany and remains valued for his ability to defend, build play and shift between wide and central roles.
