Brajan Gruda

Brajan Gruda is a German midfielder known for carrying the ball into central areas from the right. He began at FV Speyer 09, joined Karlsruher SC in 2015, and moved to 1. FSV Mainz 05 at 14. At Mainz, Gruda captained the under-19 team to a German championship before making his senior debut against Borussia Dortmund in January 2023. In the 2023–24 Bundesliga campaign, he made 28 appearances, scoring four goals and supplying three assists as Mainz retained top-flight status. Brighton signed Gruda in August 2024, and he scored his first Premier League goal in a 2–0 win at Wolverhampton Wanderers on 10 May 2025. He returned to Germany on loan with RB Leipzig in February 2026 and scored three times in his first seven Bundesliga games, including two against Hoffenheim. Gruda has represented Germany at youth level, including the under-21s, and has trained with the senior side.
