Ben Mikael Engdahl
Ben Mikael Engdahl is a Swedish defender who plays for BK Häcken. Born on 17 September 2003, he developed at IF Brommapojkarna before moving to Hammarby IF in 2020. Engdahl made his senior debut for Hammarby in a 4–1 win over Degerfors IF on 21 November 2021. In August 2022, he joined Danish club FC Nordsjælland and subsequently embarked on a series of loans. He spent 2023 with Jönköpings Södra IF, then had spells at FC Helsingør and Utsiktens BK during 2024. Primarily a right-back, Engdahl can also operate on the left and contributes through positioning, tackling and distribution from wide areas. After returning to Sweden, he moved to Häcken in August 2024 and later featured in the club’s European matchday squads.
