Besir Demiri
Besir Demiri is a defender from Skopje, North Macedonia, who can operate at left-back or in defensive midfield. He developed in Shkupi’s youth system and made his senior debut for the club in 2012, competing in the Macedonian Second Football League. Demiri moved to Shkëndija in January 2015 and was named best young player for the first half of that season. He joined Vardar Skopje in December 2016 before moving to FC Mariupol in Ukraine in February 2018. At international level, Demiri represented North Macedonia at under-21 level and made his senior debut against Azerbaijan in June 2016. In September 2018, he announced an intention to switch senior allegiance to Albania. His later career included FK Kukesi and Shkupi 1927, extending his experience across the Balkans.
