Billy John Borge

Billy John Borge is a Welsh defender who has spent his senior career with Penybont. Born on 22 May 1998, he joined the club’s senior setup in July 2016, beginning a long association with the side. Borge developed from a young squad player into a regular defensive option as Penybont progressed through the Welsh football pyramid. Following the club’s promotion to the Cymru Premier in 2019, he continued to feature in top-flight football. Primarily a centre-back, Borge has also been listed in right-back and midfield roles, reflecting his positional flexibility. In July 2025, he represented Penybont in UEFA Conference League qualifying against FK Kauno Žalgiris, taking his experience onto the European stage. Borge remains part of Penybont’s squad, combining a decade of service with continued involvement in Welsh domestic football.
