Bradley James Banda

Bradley James Banda is a Gibraltar international goalkeeper born on 20 January 1998. He developed in the youth ranks of Lions Gibraltar and represented Gibraltar from under-17 through under-21 level. Between 2016 and 2018, Banda played for Team Solent in England’s Wessex League Premier Division while studying at university. He returned to Gibraltar and had spells with Manchester 62 and Lincoln Red Imps before establishing himself at Lynx FC, where he made 41 appearances from 2019 to 2021. Banda joined Europa FC in 2021 and won the Pepe Reyes Cup that year. In 2023, he moved to St Joseph’s FC, where he became a leading goalkeeper. He made his senior international debut against the Netherlands in 2021, saving a penalty from Memphis Depay in a 6–0 defeat. Banda later kept his first senior international clean sheet in a goalless draw with Grenada in 2022.
