Astrit Amzai

Astrit Amzai is a goalkeeper from North Macedonia, born on 4 July 2002. He developed within the Shkendija system in Tetovo before joining the club’s senior setup in July 2021. His pathway included youth football and involvement in the UEFA Youth League, followed by matchday-squad experience with the first team. Amzai has been selected for Shkendija squads during European qualifying campaigns, including fixtures in the Champions League and Europa League, while continuing his development behind established senior goalkeepers. In the 2025/26 season, he was included in several UEFA Conference League squads and started a Macedonian Cup match against Tikves, keeping a clean sheet. Still representing Shkendija, Amzai continues to develop through academy training, senior exposure and competition for greater first-team responsibility.
