Amir Rrahmani

Amir Rrahmani is a Kosovo international defender who plays as a centre-back for Napoli. Born in Prishtinë in 1994, he developed in Kosovo before moving through the Balkans and establishing himself in Croatia with Dinamo Zagreb. He later joined Hellas Verona, where his performances in Serie A earned him a move to Napoli in 2020, initially remaining with Verona on loan until that summer. At Napoli, Rrahmani became a regular in the back line and helped the club win the 2022–23 Serie A title. Standing 192 centimetres, he brings aerial strength, positional discipline and calm distribution to defence. His role has grown from reliable centre-back to an experienced organiser in Napoli’s defensive unit. Rrahmani also captains Kosovo, representing his country in its World Cup and European Championship qualifying campaigns.
