Alfie Shane McNally

Alfie Shane McNally is an English goalkeeper who developed in West London and has progressed through Fulham’s pathway. He began at Brentford’s academy before joining Fulham at 12 after Brentford closed its academy programme in 2017. McNally made his Fulham under-17 debut in 2020 and later stepped up to the under-18s. In the 2021–22 season, he moved on loan to Ashford Town, making his senior debut against Thatcham Town with a clean sheet and Man of the Match award. He returned to Fulham and signed his first professional contract in October 2022. In May 2024, McNally kept a clean sheet as Fulham defeated Tottenham 4–0 in the Premier League Cup final. He has since featured for Fulham Under-23s and been involved around the senior matchday squad, while his distribution with both feet and willingness to sweep behind the defence underline his modern goalkeeping profile.
