Alejandro Domínguez Romero

Álex Domínguez, whose full name is Alejandro Domínguez Romero, is a Spanish goalkeeper born in Granollers on 30 July 1998. He developed at CE Sabadell, debuting for Sabadell B in 2014 before continuing at Espanyol and CF Damm. In 2018, he joined Deportivo Alavés B and helped the team win promotion. Las Palmas signed him in 2019, initially assigning him to its reserve side. He made his first-team debut in July 2020 and soon became a Segunda División starter under Pepe Mel. Domínguez spent 2021–22 on loan at UD Ibiza and later formed part of Las Palmas' promotion-winning squad. Toulouse FC signed him in July 2023, giving him his first professional experience outside Spain. He has represented Spain at under-21 level and is listed with Ponferradina, with his 1.87-metre frame supporting work in goal and distribution from the back.
