Al Moatasembellah Ali Mohamed Al Musrati

Al Musrati, whose full name is Al Moatasembellah Ali Mohamed Al Musrati, is a Libyan defensive midfielder from Misurata. He began his senior career with Al-Ittihad Tripoli and was part of Libya’s squad that won the 2014 African Nations Championship. In January 2017, Al Musrati moved to Vitória de Guimarães, initially spending more than two years with the club’s reserve team before making his Portuguese top-flight debut in 2019. He later joined Rio Ave on loan, where his role developed into that of a deep-lying midfielder and the team secured European qualification. In 2020, he moved to SC Braga, winning the Taça de Portugal in 2021 and the League Cup in 2024. Al Musrati joined Beşiktaş in February 2024 and scored the late winner in that year’s Turkish Cup final. He has also represented Libya internationally and subsequently spent time on loan at Monaco and Hellas Verona.
