Adon Gomis
Adon Gomis is a defender who represents Guinea-Bissau internationally. Born in France on 19 July 1992, he developed through the lower levels of French football before reaching the professional game. Gomis played for Laval during the 2019–20 season, then joined Dunkerque. He made his Ligue 2 debut for Dunkerque on 22 August 2020, in the club’s 1–0 victory over Toulouse. In 2021–22, he established himself as a regular, making 34 Ligue 2 appearances and logging 2,534 minutes. Gomis earned his first Guinea-Bissau cap against Equatorial Guinea on 23 March 2022. He later represented FC Rouen in the National and is currently listed with Chantilly. Across this progression, Gomis has moved from the French non-professional pyramid to Ligue 2 and international football, bringing experience to his defensive role.
