Aster Jan Vranckx
Aster Jan Vranckx is a Belgian central midfielder born on 4 October 2002 in Erps-Kwerps. He developed at KV Mechelen, where he signed his first professional contract in December 2018 and soon moved into senior football. Vranckx made his Mechelen debut in the 2019 Belgian Super Cup against Genk, then became a regular contributor during the 2019–20 season. In December 2020, VfL Wolfsburg secured his signature, and he moved to Germany in summer 2021 to continue his development in the Bundesliga. After a season in Wolfsburg, Vranckx joined AC Milan on a season-long loan in September 2022, gaining experience in Serie A. Returning to Wolfsburg in 2023, he continued competing for midfield opportunities at the German club. Vranckx made his Belgium senior debut against Austria on 17 June 2023, adding international experience to a career built through physical, tactically adaptable midfield play.
