Auston Levi-Jesaiah Trusty

Auston Levi-Jesaiah Trusty is an American centre-back born in Media, Pennsylvania, in 1998. He began formal training with Nether United Soccer Club before joining the Philadelphia Union’s academy in 2011. Trusty signed a Homegrown contract with Philadelphia in 2016, then established himself in MLS before moving to the Colorado Rapids in 2019. His performances there led to a transfer to Arsenal in January 2022, although he did not make a senior appearance for the London club. He subsequently joined Birmingham City on loan, gaining experience in the English Championship. Trusty later played in the Premier League with Sheffield United, adding top-flight experience to his career. In 2024, he moved to Celtic and brought his left-sided defensive qualities to Scotland. He helped Celtic win the Scottish Premiership in 2025 while remaining part of the United States international setup.
