Alen Sherri
Alen Sherri is an Albanian goalkeeper born in Shkodër on 15 December 1997. He developed in the Vllaznia Shkodër academy and made his senior debut for the club against Tirana in April 2015. After gaining early experience, Sherri joined Laçi in 2020, where he made 53 appearances across two seasons. In 2022, he moved to Egnatia Rrogozhinë and helped the club win the Albanian Cup in 2022–23 before contributing to a league-and-cup double in 2023–24. Sherri then transferred to Cagliari, beginning his Italian top-flight chapter and making his Serie A debut in a 3–3 draw with Milan in November 2024. At 1.97 metres, he offers a commanding presence in the area and is also noted for his distribution with his feet. Sherri has represented Albania at youth level and made his senior debut in a friendly against Qatar in 2022.
