Andres Emil Sfait

Andres Emil Sfait is a Romanian midfielder born on 9 December 2004 in Cluj-Napoca. He began developing at FC Ardealul Cluj-Napoca before continuing his youth career with SV Grödig in Austria and US Salernitana 1919 in Italy. Sfait entered senior football with Salernitana during the 2023–24 season, making two Serie A appearances. That experience introduced him to demanding tactical and defensive responsibilities while he continued to operate in wide and attacking midfield roles. In January 2025, he joined CFR 1907 Cluj, returning to his birthplace and adding Romanian domestic football to his career. At CFR, Sfait has been used as a rotation midfielder, with his role including work on the left flank and contributions to defensive actions. He also represents Romania U20, maintaining an international pathway alongside his club development.
