Aleksandr Selyava

Aleksandr Selyava is a Belarusian midfielder born on 17 May 1992 in Belynichi. He developed in the BATE Borisov youth system before beginning senior football with Klechesk Kletsk in 2010. Selyava then joined Torpedo-BelAZ Zhodino, where he established himself in Belarusian top-flight football between 2012 and 2015. From 2016 to 2020, he played for Shakhter Soligorsk and helped the club win the Belarusian Cup in 2018–19 and the Belarusian Premier League in 2020. He later spent a period with Russian club Rostov before returning to Belarusian football. Selyava has represented Belarus internationally, including in UEFA Nations League and European Championship qualifying matches. He currently plays for Dinamo Minsk, where his midfield role emphasizes defensive coverage, positional discipline and efficient possession recycling.
