Abdoulaye Seck

Abdoulaye Seck is a Senegalese defender born in M’Bour on 4 June 1992. At 1.92 metres, he developed in Senegal, beginning with Stade de Mbour before representing Touré Kunda, Casa Sports and Diambars FC. In 2014, Seck moved to Norway, joining Hønefoss BK before later playing for Sandefjord. He then joined Royal Antwerp, where he competed in Belgium and helped the club win the 2019–20 Belgian Cup. Seck subsequently moved to Maccabi Haifa, contributing at centre-back during the club’s 2022–23 Israeli Premier League title-winning campaign and 2023–24 Israeli Super Cup success. He also became involved with Senegal’s national team and was part of the squad that won the country’s first Africa Cup of Nations title in 2021. Listed with Al-Faisaly FC, Abdoulaye Seck remains known for his imposing presence in defensive areas and aerial contests.
