Alvyn Antonio Sanches

Alvyn Antonio Sanches is a Swiss midfielder born in France on 12 February 2003. He developed in Lausanne’s football system, beginning with Sport Lausanne Benfica before progressing to FC Lausanne-Sport. Lausanne-Sport gave him his first professional contract in November 2020, and he made his senior debut against FC St. Gallen in May 2021. During the 2024/25 season, Sanches became an important attacking presence for Lausanne, recording 12 goals and four assists in 28 appearances. He subsequently moved to BSC Young Boys, continuing his career at one of Switzerland’s leading clubs. Primarily an attacking midfielder, Sanches drives forward with the ball, creates chances with inventive passing and arrives in the penalty area to contribute goals. He has also been involved with Switzerland at senior level, adding international experience to his developing club career.
