Amadou Sagna
Amadou Sagna is a Senegalese midfielder who began developing in Senegal with Cayor Foot and Ngor. Born in Dakar in 1999, he represented Senegal at the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Poland. He scored after 9.6 seconds against Tahiti, the tournament’s fastest goal, and finished with four goals, winning the Bronze Boot. Club Brugge signed him that summer, and Sagna gained senior experience during a loan at Oostende. A subsequent loan to Stade Briochin brought 23 appearances and three goals in 2021–22. He joined Niort in 2022, recording 37 Ligue 2 appearances and four goals in his first season. Guingamp recruited him in 2023, continuing his progression into a wide midfielder noted for dribbling, pace and defensive work.
