Alexander Prass
Alexander Prass is an Austrian left midfielder from Hellmonsödt, born on 26 May 2001. He developed at LASK and FC Pasching before joining the Red Bull Salzburg academy in 2012. In March 2019, Prass entered senior football with FC Liefering, Salzburg’s feeder club in Austria’s second tier. During more than two years there, he made 59 appearances and scored 12 goals. In May 2021, he moved to Sturm Graz, where his role grew from creative inside-left midfielder into a versatile wide player capable of operating as a wing-back or left-back. Prass helped Sturm win the Austrian Bundesliga and Cup double in 2023–24, ending Salzburg’s long domestic dominance. He joined TSG 1899 Hoffenheim in August 2024 and has represented Austria since debuting in November 2022, appearing in all four of the nation’s Euro 2024 matches.
