Andreas Panagiotou Filiotis progressed from APOEL youth to five years in Manchester United's academy, then debuted with Omonoia Nicosia in 2012–13. A near century of appearances for Apollon Limassol established him as a steady presence in Cyprus's top flight. In July 2024, Filiotis moved to AEL Limassol to continue competing at the highest level. He earned seven Cyprus caps, including Euro 2024 qualifying appearances.
