Adam Ægir Pálsson

Adam Ægir Pálsson is an Icelandic attacking midfielder whose senior career has developed through clubs at home and abroad. He began his senior football with Keflavík, making 17 appearances during the 2019 season. In 2020, Pálsson joined Víkingur Reykjavík, where he was part of the squad that won the Icelandic league and cup double in 2021. He moved to Valur Reykjavík in early 2023 and recorded nine league goals in his first season there. Pálsson later broadened his experience in Italy, appearing for Perugia and Novara during loan spells between 2024 and 2025. The Italian spells added experience beyond Icelandic football, although his attacking output there was limited. Pálsson is now associated with KA Akureyri, continuing a career shaped by domestic success and tactical adaptability.
