Ante Palaversa

Ante Palaversa is a Croatian central midfielder from Split who developed at HNK Hajduk Split. He moved into Hajduk II in 2017, playing in Croatia’s second tier, before making his senior debut in a Europa League qualifier against Slavia Sofia in July 2018. A month later, Palaversa scored his first senior goal against Inter Zaprešić with a long-range volley. Manchester City signed him in January 2019 and loaned him back to Hajduk, followed by spells with Oostende, Getafe and Kortrijk. Although he trained with City, he did not make a senior appearance for the club. Palaversa joined Troyes permanently in August 2022 before moving to Aberdeen in August 2024. At Aberdeen, he continues to operate centrally, offering passing range and experience gathered across several European leagues.
