Ante Oreč

Ante Oreč is a Croatian defender, born on 29 August 2001 in Dubrovnik. He began his senior career with NK Hrvatski Dragovoljac, helping the club win the Croatian second-tier title in 2020/21. He subsequently played for NK Sesvete and NK Kustošija before moving to FK Velež Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina. At Velež, Oreč developed in a physically demanding league and earned a return to Croatia with HNK Rijeka in 2025. Primarily a right-back, he can also cover the left flank and contributes to build-up play as well as defensive work. His pace supports recovery runs, while his positioning allows him to join attacks and offer passing options in advanced areas. With Rijeka, he was part of the squad that won the HNL and Croatian Cup double in 2024/25.
