Abraham Nnamdi Nwankwo

Abraham Nnamdi Nwankwo is a Nigerian defender born on 22 July 2001 in Ohanku, Nigeria. He began his European senior career with Balıkesirspor in Turkey, joining the club’s U19 setup in 2020 before progressing to the senior squad. After leaving Balıkesirspor, he moved to Slovenia and joined NK Domzale in 2022. Nwankwo spent nearly four seasons with Domzale, gaining experience in the Slovenian game and featuring regularly during the 2024/25 campaign. His time there also included a red card in November 2023. On 5 February 2026, Nwankwo joined FC Levadia Tallinn on a free transfer, opening a new chapter in Estonia. Across these spells, he has operated primarily at centre-back, with his game associated with aerial defending and reading passing lanes.
