Antoine Mendy
Antoine Mendy is a French right-back from Marseille who developed in the OGC Nice academy. He progressed to Nice II, making his reserve-team debut in 2021 before signing his first professional contract on 29 September 2022. Mendy made his Ligue 1 debut for Nice against Auxerre on 16 October 2022. During his first senior season, he played 15 matches and supplied assists against Lens and Marseille, including an appearance at the Vélodrome in his home city. Nice extended his contract in August 2024, and he has since also been used at centre-back. Standing 1.87 metres tall, Mendy offers defensive versatility, aerial strength and accurate distribution from the back line. He made his international debut for Senegal against Sudan in March 2025.
