Adam Marušić
Adam Marušić is a Montenegrin defender born in Belgrade on October 17, 1992. He developed at FK Teleoptik before joining FK Voždovac, where he made his professional debut in 2010. After four seasons with Voždovac, he moved to KV Kortrijk in 2014 and continued his Belgian career with KV Oostende in 2016. His performances in Belgium led Lazio to sign him in July 2017. At Lazio, Marušić has adapted from a right wing-back in a three-man system to a full-back in a back four, while providing width and recovery work on either flank. He won the Coppa Italia in 2018–19 and Supercoppa Italiana titles in 2017 and 2019. Born in Serbia, Marušić chose Montenegro and made his international debut in March 2015, becoming an experienced presence for both Lazio and his national team.
