Anthony Louis Mandréa
Anthony Louis Mandréa is an Algerian goalkeeper born in Grasse, France, on 25 December 1996. He developed with US Pégomas before joining Nice, where he made his Ligue 1 debut in November 2013 after replacing David Ospina against Bordeaux. Mandréa then spent much of the following years with Nice’s reserve side before moving to Angers in 2016 and signing his first professional contract there in 2017. Seeking regular football, he joined Cholet on loan for the 2020–21 season and was named Championnat National Best Goalkeeper. Returning to Angers, he made 10 Ligue 1 starts in 2021–22. In July 2022, Mandréa joined Caen on a free transfer and established himself as the club’s first-choice goalkeeper. He represented France at under-18 level before choosing Algeria, debuting against Iran in June 2022 and later featuring in the Africa Cup of Nations.
