Ababacar Moustapha Lô

Ababacar Moustapha Lô is a Senegalese defender born in Dakar on 2 January 2000. He developed at Génération Foot before moving to France in 2019 to join Metz, continuing a pathway between the academy and its partner club. Lô first played for Metz II and helped the reserve side win its Championnat National 3 group. He then spent the 2020–21 season on loan at Belgian club RFC Seraing, where he made one appearance, before joining Cholet for the following campaign. After returning to Metz, he reached Ligue 1 during the 2023–24 season and made six appearances. Standing 1.83 metres tall, Lô offers a physical presence in central defence while also contributing to build-up play. He is subsequently listed with Laval, adding another French setting to a career built through reserve football, loans and senior-level opportunities.
