Aboubakary Yeli Koita
Aboubakary Koita attacks space from the left, drifts beyond the line and pins centre-backs for a finish. Koita broke through at KAA Gent in 2018, then emerged at Waasland-Beveren (2019–2021) as a long-range goal threat. Koita keeps running in behind. Sint-Truiden (2023/24) marked his breakout season with 11 goals in 17 matches. In 2024 Koita transferred to AEK Athens for about €4 million. International note: he debuted for Mauritania in 2023 Africa Cup of Nations. As an inverted left winger, Koita links play, drives at defenders and shoots quickly. He presses high and finishes moves to stretch opposing back lines.
